That's Don Rousseau with one of his P-30 competition planes. Most have a fuselage made out of balsa soaked in water and wrapped around a dowel until dry. He uses Stillwell for trimming these before heading upstate to contests. Believe it or not, Stillwell is too small for these hi-performance ships so he can never give it full winds. (7/8)
